成年大鼠嘴侧迁移流内的磷酸酪氨酸阳性细胞

摘要 目的 研究大鼠嘴侧迁移流中的磷酸酪氨酸阳性细胞。方法 采用免疫组织化学ABC法。结果 嘴侧迁移流中存在磷酸酪氨酸阳性细胞 ,其分布和神经元前体细胞表达的多唾液酸神经细胞粘附分子阳性部位一致。结论 嘴侧迁移流中的磷酸酪氨酸阳性表达和神经元前体细胞的增生有关。 Objective To study the phosphotyrosine positive cells in the rostral migration stream (RMS) of adult rat. Methods The ABC method of immunohistochemistry was used . Results Phosphotyrosine positive cells were found in the RMS, and the distribution of them was similar to that of the polysialyated nerve cell adhesion molecules, which are known to be expressed by the neuronal precursors in RMS. Conclusion Our results suggested that the positivity of phosphotyrosine in the RMS is associated with the proliferation of neuronal precursors.
