摘要
目的 探讨亚低温下缺血预处理 (MHIP)对肝缺血再灌注后超微结构的影响。方法 将 2 4只犬随机分为4组 :非缺血对照组、缺血再灌注组、缺血预处理组和亚低温缺血预处理组。用透射电镜观察各组肝组织超微结构改变。结果 肝缺血再灌注组超微结构损伤较重 ;缺血预处理组和亚低温缺血预处理组超微结构改变均较小 ,但亚低温缺血预处理组与缺血预处理组比较线粒体保护更好 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 缺血预处理对肝缺血再灌注后超微结构具有保护作用 ;亚低温对缺血预处理的这种保护作用具有增强效应。
Objective \ To study the influence of mild hypothermic ischemic preconditioning on liver ultrastructure followed ischemia -reperfusion injury.Methods\ 24 dogs were randomly divided into four groups: nonischemic controls(C) group( n =6), ischemia-reperfusion (I-R) group ( n =6),ischemic preconditioning(IP) group( n =6) and mild hypothermic ischemic preconditioning(MHIP) groups( n =6). Ultrastructual changes of liver were studied by electron microscope. Results\ Ultrastructural damage of the liver was more severe in I-R; Ultrastructual changes of liver was mild in both of IP and MHIP,but protective effects to mitochondria was better in MHIP than that in IP( P<0.01, P<0 .05). Conclusion\ Ischemic preconditioning has protective effects on ultrastructural damage of the liver after ischemia- reperfusion;Mild hypothermia can enhance the protective effect of IP followed hepatic ischemia -reperfusion injury.
