摘要
目的 明确浅静脉干在逆行皮瓣的静脉回流中的作用。方法 在兔耳上设计 3组逆行皮瓣共 48处 ,A组包含边缘静脉 ,B组包含中央动脉与中央静脉 ,C组不包含浅静脉干。通过兔耳透明窗 ,分别于术前及术后 5 ,10 ,15 ,30 ,6 0 ,12 0min测量不同类型逆行皮瓣内微静脉管径 ,观察其内血流速度和状态 ,并于术后 7d观察皮瓣成活率。结果 A组皮瓣的微静脉管径、血流速度与状态及成活率均优于B组与C组皮瓣。结论 浅静脉干可促进逆行皮瓣的静脉回流 ,减轻淤血 。
Objective To study the role of superficial venous trunks in the venous drainage of reverse-flow flaps.Methods \ Three groups of reverse-flow flaps were designed in rabbit ears.Flaps of group A contained the marginal venous trunks;Flaps of group B contained the central arterial and venous trunks;Flaps of group C contained no superficial venous trunks.Through transparent chambers of rabbit ears,microvenous diameters, blood speed or blood state were measured preoperatively and at 5,10,15,30,60,120 minutes postoperatively. The survival rate of flaps was calculated on day 7 postoperatively. Results\ The microvenous diameters of group A were less than group B and C. The falp survival rates and blood speed or state of group A were also better than those in group B and C.Conclusion\ Superficial venous trunks can promote the venous drainage of reverse-flow flaps,reduce venous stasis and enhance the survival rate of flaps.
