ECLIA技术测定CYFRA21-1在肺癌鉴别诊断上的应用价值

目的 建立厦门地区正常人群电化学发光免疫分析 (ECLIA)方法的血清CYFRA2 1 1参考值范围 ;探讨运用ECLIA技术测定血清CYFRA2 1 1水平在肺癌鉴别诊断方面的应用价值。方法 选用两株高特异性抗CYFRA2 1 1单克隆抗体KS19 1和BM 19 2 1,用ECLIA夹心法 ,测定 97例肺部疾病和 70例正常人血清CYFRA2 1 1水平。结果 肺癌组血清CYFRA2 1 1水平为 32 0 0± 39 2 5 ,明显高于正常对照组 1 84± 0 6 5和肺良性疾病组 1 80± 0 84。结论 CYFRA2 1

Objective To set up a serum CYFRA21 1 reference ranges of healthy subjects in Xiamen and to evaluate CYFRA21 1 in differential diagnosis of lung carcinoma by electrochemilumines cence immunoassay(ECLIA). Methods CYFRA21 1 was investigated by ECLIA in serun of 70 healthy subjects and 97 patients,including 31with lung carcinoma,23 with pulmonary tuberculosis,6 with benign lung space occupying lesion and 37 with pneumonia. Results The serum CYFRA21 1 average level of patients suffered from lung cancer was 32 00±39 25ngml that was significantly different from the level of healthy control(1 84±0 65) and benign lung diseases groups(1 80±0 84). Conclusion Serum CYFRA21 1 level is a useful parameter in differential diagnosis of lung carcinoma from other benign lung diseases.
