MMP—2及TIMP—2表达在良恶性葡萄胎鉴别诊断中的价值探讨

Diagnostic Significance of Expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in Hydatidiform Mole and Malignant Mole

目的：寻求一种能早期诊断恶性葡萄胎的新方法。方法：采用免疫组化法观察良恶性葡萄胎组织中ＭＭＰ－２及 ＴＩＭＰ－２的表达情况。结果：ＭＭＰ—２在恶性葡萄胎和良性葡萄胎中的阳性率分别为 ７３．３％和 ２０．０％（Ｐ＜０．０１）；ＴＩＭＰ－２为 ３３．３％和 ２６．７％（ Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：ＭＭＰ—２检测可作为鉴别良恶性葡萄胎的重要参考指标。

Objective: To explore a new method in early diagnosis of malignant mole. Methods: The changes of expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 were deterted in hydatidiform and malignant mole by immunohistochemistry. Results: The results revealed that the positive rate of MMP-2 in hydatidiform mole was significantly higher than that in malignant mole (P<0.01), but there was no significant difference in positive rate of TIMP-2 between hydatidiform moles and malignant moles (P>0.05). Conclusion: MMP-2 can be regarded as the important signal to discriminate the hydatidiform mole and malignant mole.
