针刺加熄风胶囊治疗小儿癫痫强直一阵挛性发作的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Tonoclonic Attack of Infantile Epilepsy with Acupuncture Plus Xi Feng Capsul

为了探讨针刺加熄风胶囊治疗小儿癫痫强直一阵挛性发作的临床价值,选60例本病患儿,随机分两组,每组各30例。治疗组用针刺加熄风胶囊治疗,对照组单纯用熄风胶囊治疗。以患儿临床发作频率、发作持续时间、发作症状及脑电图为观测项目,进行疗效评价。总疗效评定结果,治疗组和对照组显效率分别为76.7％和50％,总有效率分别为96.7％和90％,两组间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。但发作频率、发作持续时间及脑电图疗效评定结果,治疗组明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(P均<0.05)。说明针刺加熄风胶囊治疗本病,疗效高且无毒副作用。

In order to probe into clinical effect of acupuncture plus Xi Feng Capsule for treatment of tonoclonic attack of infantile epilepsy. 60 infantile patients were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in each group. The treatment group were treated with acupuncture plus Xi Feng Capsule and the control group with simple Xi Feng Capsule. The clinical attack frequency. lasting time and symptoms of attack, and electroencephalogram were observed to valuate the therapeutic effecs. Results showed that the markedly effective rate was 76. 1% and 50. 0%. the total effective rate 96. 7% and 90. 0% in the treatment group and the control group, respectively, with no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P>0. 05), but the therapeutic effects of the treatment group in frequency and lasting time of attack, and elect roencephagram were superior to those in the control group with significant difference (P < 0. 05). It is suggested that acupuncture plus Xi Feng Capsule has a higher therapeutic effect.
