金属蛋白酶及其抑制剂与膀胱移行细胞癌浸润转移的关系

EXPRESSION OF MATRIX METALLOPROTEINASE 2 AND TISSUE INHIBITOR OF METALLOPROTEINASE 2 IN BLADDER TRANSITIONAL CELL CARCINOMA

探讨基质金属蛋白酶 2 (MMP 2 )和组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂 2 (TIMP 2 )的表达与膀胱移行细胞癌浸润和转移的关系。采用RT PCR和免疫组织化学方法检测 6 1例膀胱移行细胞癌组织及 2 3例癌旁组织MMP 2、TIMP 2mRNA和蛋白水平。结果显示 ,膀胱移行细胞癌组织MMP 2和TIMP 2表达显著高于癌旁组织 (P<0 .0 1) ,且与侵袭程度成正相关 (P <0 .0 1)。提示MMP 2和TIMP 2是判断膀胱移行细胞癌侵袭、转移较好的分子标志 。

To measure the expression levels of matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP 2) and its inhibitor, tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase 2 (TIMP 2), and to evaluate their relationship with the bladder transitional cell carcinoma.RT PCR and immunohistochemistry method were used to measure the levels of MMP 2 and TIMP 2 in 61 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma and 23 samples of tissues adjacent to the cancer. The results showed that the MMP 2 and TIMP 2 levels in bladder transitional cell carcinoma were much higher than those in adjacent tissues ( P <0.01), and the degree of cancer invasion rose with the change in MMP 2 and TIMP 2 . It suggested that the MMP 2 and TIMP 2 are better molecular markers in the assessment of bladder transitional cell carcinoma invasion and metastasis, and they can be used to predict the prognosis of the tumor.
