摘要
采用差示分光光度法测定了四环素片含量。样品分别用盐酸 (0 0 1mol/L)和氢氧化钠(0 0 0 1mol/L)稀释成相同的浓度 ,以前者为参比液 ,后者为样品液 ,在 394nm波长处测定吸收度差值 (ΔA) ,四环素浓度在 0 4~ 2 8μg/mL范围内呈线性 ,平均回收率为 10 0 8% ,(RSD =0 87% ,n =6 )。测定
A difference spectrophotometry for determination of the contents of tetracycline hydrochloride tablets was developed. Two solutions with the same concentration were dissolved in 001 mol/L HCl and 001 mol/L NaOH respectively, The former was used as the reference and the later as the sample to determine the value of ΔA. The wavelength of maximum absorption was 394 nm . The calibration curve of the tetracycline was linear in the range of 0 4~ 28 μg/mL . The average recovery of the tetracycline was 100 8%(RSD=0 87%, n=6). There were no differences from the microbiol method by determination of 3 batchs of the samples by this method.
