欧亚列当提取物抗脂质过氧化作用的研究

An experimental study on anti-lipid-peroxidation effects of Orobanche cumana Wallr.

本文通过对欧亚列当不同层提取物抗脂质过氧化作用的研究发现 ,欧亚列当乙酸乙酯及正丁醇层提取物能明显抑制小鼠体内外肝脏过氧化脂质的生成。欧亚列当所含的列当苷及毛蕊花苷为抗脂质过氧化的活性成分 ,其抗脂质过氧化的半数抑制浓度分别为 (1 2± 0 2 ) g/mL和 (1 1±0 3)g/mL。

The effect of inhibition on lipid peroxides of Orobanche cumana Wallr. was investigated. It was showed that lipid peroxides in livers of mice could be inhibited by ethyl acetate and n butanol extracts from Orobanche cumana Wallr.. Orobanchoside and verbascoside isolated from the ethyl acetate extract were regarded as anti lipid peroxidation bioactive substances. The IC 50 of the two compounds were (1 1± 0 2)μg/mL and (1 1± 0 3)μg/mL respectively. Orobanche cumana Wallr. can be developed as a new medicinal resource.
