与管理变革协同的MIS建设整体效果的测度研究

本文提出了一种基于数据包括分析 (DEA:Data Envelopment Analysis)的“有效性分析”与“和谐分析”的测度方法及其指标体系。它可以较好地分析具有投入与产出多元性和量纲多元性特点的 MIS建设工程与管理变革的协同效应及综合效果 ,通过 DEA “投影”分析 ,可以揭示 MIS建设的投入与产出的内在结构的和谐关系与存在的问题。

In this paper we put forward a measurement and its index assembly for 'efficiency analysis'and 'concordance analysis'based on DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis),which can better analyze synergistic effect of MIS and management change with multi-input,multi-output and diversified dimensions.Through projection analysis we can also unveil the concordance degree and existing problems of the internal structure of inputs and outputs of MIS construction.
