房屋不均匀沉降裂缝特征分析及预防措施

ANALYSIS OF FEATURE OF UNEVEN SETTLEMENT CRACKS AT BUILDING AND PREVENTIVE MEASURES

通过 3个不同的实例 ,展现新建建筑因基础处理不当 ,造成原有建筑物产生裂缝的事实 ;根据相邻建筑物基础的相对位置 ,分析房屋产生裂缝的原因 ,以及房屋不均匀沉降产生裂缝的特征 ;根据建筑现场状况 ,提出处理方法和防止措施。

The cause of the cracks at buildings and the features of the cracks due to the uneven settlement of a building are analyzed through three engineering examples according to the relative positions of the adjacent buildings.It is indicated that an improper treatment of the foundations of new buildings is responsible for the cracks of the existing buildings.The treating methods and preventive measures are proposed according to the sites of the buildings.
