摘要
介绍了两级氯化钙化学沉淀法处理家电生产前处理工序含磷废水的工程实践。结果表明 ,在进水磷酸盐 (以P计 )为 10~ 50mg/L时 ,分别控制钙磷化学计量比为 2∶1、5∶1,pH为 10 0~10 5、10 5~ 11 0 ,经过两级化学沉淀处理 ,出水磷酸盐 (以P计 )为 0 174~ 0 189mg/L。
Engineering practice of two step chemical precipitation using calcium chloride to treat the wastewater contained phosphorus from household refrigerator and washer factory is introduced. When the inlet phosphate content is in range of 10~50mg/L (as P), under condition that the Ca/P ratio is 2∶1, 5∶1 and pH is 10.0~10.5, 10.5~11.0 respectively, the phosphate content in effluent of the chemical precipitation process will be as low as 0.174~0.189mg/L.
