Chinese Urban Planning Management in Line with Legalization

探讨了法治的基本概念；揭示了我国城市规划管理中法治化的必然性；通过对法治化 进程中城市规划管理存在的问题及其原因的分析，提出了“依法行政、依法治城”的对策。

This paper expounds the inevitability to rule by law for our urban pl anning management in connection with the discussion on the concept of legalizati on. Then it proposes the countermeasures to administrate the urban issues by law after taking into account of the problems and their causes, which exist in urba n planning management.
