摘要
从人类与自然的关系出发分析城市环境和生态面临的挑战，提出建设生态城市，促进 生物多样化，维护健康而稳定的生态系统，以生态建设带动社会经济发展。并针对一些实际 问题进行分析。最后论述了生态恢复和保护是一项长期而艰巨的任务。
Aiming at the challenges to urban environment and ecology with the re lation of mankind and nature, this paper sets out to construct eco－city and pro mote bio－diversity as well as protect healthy and stable ecosystem. Then it mak es further comments to motivate socio－economic development by eco－reconstructi on and deals with the detailed problems to fulfill this goal. To sum up, it stat es it is a long－time and hard task of the ecological restoration and protection .
