摘要
钢材的材料力学性能指标的选定对钢结构抗火性能分析与抗火设计的影响很大 ,世界上许多国家都给出了各自的钢材材料力学性能指标。通过对常用于制作冷弯型钢的日本标准SM41钢进行高温下的材料性能试验 ,得到的数据有 :应力 -应变关系曲线、屈服强度、极限强度、弹性模量、延伸率和热膨胀系数。根据试验结果得到了可用于理论分析的高温钢材模型 。
This paper reports on the results of the experimental studies on the high\|temperature material properties of SM41 steel which is often used as cold formed steel.The test data include stress\|strain curve,yield strength,tensile strength,modulus of elasticity and elongation.Based on the data from the tests,the mathematical model for predicting the properties of SM41 steel at elevated temperatures in presented.In addition,a comparison between the high temperature model for SM41 steel proposed in this paper and those for general steel proposed in the codes of several other countries has been made.
