A Study on the Reform and Development of Rural Credit Cooperatives

本文针对当前我国农村信用社改革与发展中存在的重点和难点问题,在对山东省农村信用社进行大规模调查的基础上,从股权设置、内部组织管理、业务经营、经营业绩与分配、外部环境及体制改革等五个方面进行了综合分析,并提出了有关建议,以期对改革决策者及实际工作者有所裨益。

Faced with the key problems and difficulties in the process of Rural Credit Co-operatives' reform and development in China, the paper makes comprehensive analyses and puts forwards suggestions from five aspects, based on the large-scale investigation on Shandong Rural Credit Co-operatives , and hopes to be helpful to policy-makers and executants. The five aspects are: the setting-up of share, inner management, operative process, achievements and distribution, and outer circumstances and system reform.
