不同生境下的蒲公英及其不同器官的分段提取物抑菌作用比较研究

Comparison of Anti-bacteria Activity of Extracts from Taraxacum mongolium in Different Environments and Different Organs

对不同生长环境下的蒲公英的根、叶 ,利用极性不同的有机溶剂分别进行萃取 ,比较各段萃取物的数量 ,分析其中有效物质的组分 ,并作抑菌试验 ,蒲公英叶较根萃取物多 ,阳生蒲公英的萃取物较阴生蒲公英多 ,其中氯仿所得萃取物抑菌效果最好 ,其主要含有生物碱、有机酸。

Some constituents of roots and leaves of different environmental Taraxacum mongolium were extracted by different organic dissolvent.Every extract was weighted and its ingredient was analyzed.The amount of extracts from leaves was more than that of roots.The amount of extracts from Taraxacum mongolium in sun were more than that of those in shade. Anti-bacteria test with extracts showed that extracts by chloroform could kill more bacteria than the others.The main component of extracts from chloroform were alkaloid and organic acid and sterol.
