利用化学杀藻剂控制滇池蓝藻水华研究

Control Blue Algal Bloom by Using Algaecide

在滇池外草海约为 1 0km2 的开放性水域内 ,利用化学杀藻剂BC - 655开展了蓝藻清除试验。为期一个月的水质监测结果表明 ,试验水域透明度由投药前的 0 2 9m上升至 0 68m (最高达 1 1 1m) ,叶绿素 -a由投药前的 2 50 73mg/m3下降至 1 64 2 5mg/m3(最低达 2 0 78mg/m3) ,且试验水域水质总体优于未投药水域参照点水质 ,基本消除湖面水华现象。

At the open water 1 kilometer away from the Caohai of Dianchi Lake,the blue alga removal experiment has been carried out by adopting BC-655 According to the water quality monitoring data within one month,the effectiveness of medicament was obvious.The water transparency of experimental area increased from 0 29m to 0 68m,the rate of increase was 134 4%.The chlorophyll-a decreased from 250 73mg/m 3(before medicament input)to 164 25mg/m 3,removal rate was 34 5%.During the experiment,the water quality of experimental area was generally better than the water quality of reference points which medicament wasn't put into.Water bloom phenomenon had basically been eliminater.
