Culture condition for microbial flocculant by A.zomonas sp. was studied. The favorable substrates for flocculant formation were fructose,urea. Optium culture temperature and optium culture pH for the production of the production of the flocculant were 30℃ and 8 respectively. It wan found excess aeration decreased the prodction of the flocculant.\;
