结合我国城市一直使用的统一给水方式已与当前水资源紧缺、用水多样化、人们饮用水优质化的状况极不适应的情况 。
The Way of unified water supply hasn't suited the situation of lack water resources, water the variou means of water usage, the demand for high quality drinking water. The most suitable means of reforming the traditional water supply is to supply water according to different qualities.
