摘要
盆地地形导致的城区内小风层厚度大、强逆温层出现频率高等大气不利扩散条件是造成重庆市主城区空气污染的重要原因,建议城市布局要符合空气动力学原理并通过工程措施改善城区大气扩散条件。
The serious air pollution in Chongqing urban area can result from the poor atmospheric diffusive condition. High frequency of temperature inversion and thickness layer of small wind and the hot island effecti which due to basins topograph of Chongqing city are three main factors to restrict the transference of air pollutant. Some engineering measures are suggested to use to improve air diffusive condition. City layout should obey the principle of aero dynamics.
