高效液相色谱法分析染料类化合物及其中间产物

Analyses of Dye Compounds and Intermediate Products in Decomposition Processes with HPLC

用乙腈的水溶液,加入四丁基碘化铵作为离子对试剂配制流动相,对染料类化合物及其中间产物作液相色谱分析。结果表明:该条件下的高效液相色谱能够有效地分析一般染料化合物及其降解的中间产物,得到合适的保留时间和较理想的分离峰形。

In aspect of analytical methods of industrial dyes, practice of High Performance Liquid Chromatography has been studied. In this fact a variety of dye compounds and the intermediate products were effectively separated with HPLC when the mobile phase was made of acetrile, purified water and tetrabutylammoniumiodide as ion-pair reagent.
