摘要
通过湿热实验、塔菲尔曲线的测量和中性盐雾实验研究了高速镀锌工艺对镀层耐蚀性的影响。实验采用明度差来表征镀层的初期腐蚀速率。结果表明 ,随着电流密度和ZnSO4 ·7H2 O浓度的增加 ,镀层的耐初期腐蚀变色性和耐蚀性增强 。
Effects of processing parameters to corrosion resistance in high speed galvanization was studied by hyther test, Tafel' curve and neutral salt spray test. The incipient corrosion speed is characterized by different brightness. Results show that with increase of c.d. and concentration of ZnSO 4·7H 2O, color degradation of incipient corrosion and corrosion resistance increase,and during high speed galvanization, current efficiency has some direct proportion to deposit corrosion resistance.
