摘要
大连是我国水资源严重短缺的城市之一，同时又面临着许多必须解决的水资源环境问题，不采取有效措施解决这些问题将不能保证城市的安全供水，严重制约我市城乡建设的可持续发展。
Dalian is a municipality in water resources shortage in our country,moreover it is faced with environmental problems on water resources to have to tackle.It will not ensure safety in supplying water for Dalian City and grievously restrict sustainable development in urban and rural construction unless efficient measures are for taken to tackle a mumber of problems .
