摘要
文章结合地勘单位和地勘经济发展的现状 ,以及安徽省地勘局的实际 ,提出了地勘单位属地化后的四项工作重点。即 :理顺队内和队际关系 ;用好人和用好钱 ;争取各项优惠政策和良好的外部环境 ;达到职工收入增加和资产值增值的目的。并提出了如何抓好这四项重点工作的方法、措施。
According to present conditions of geological prospecting units and geological prospecting economy and the practice in An Hui Provincial Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources, the paper points out four focus of geological prospecting units after localized management, including putting internal and external relations of units in good order, making a good plan for human resources and expenses, strive to use preferential policy and establish good external conditions to achieve the goal of increasing personnel income and added value of assets. The paper also puts forward measure about how to carry on the four aspects of stress.
