营运资金是企业进行经营管理而周转使用的日常性流动资金 ,它对企业的风险和收益有着深刻的影响。本文从持有量和融资额度这两个方面对营运资金的有关政策进行了分析和阐述。
Operational fund is a kind of daily and current treasury that is provided and used in enterprise operation and management. It has deep influence on corporate hazards and profits. This article analyzes and sets forth the policies of operational fund to involve holding and obtaining quantities.
