论师陀小说的艺术风格

The Artistic Style of Shi Tuo's Novel

师陀是我国现当代乡土小说的重要作家之一。他以感伤抒情的笔调描写了三四十年代乡镇世界的人和事。他的小说散而不淡 ,沉郁感伤 ,舒缓自如 ,深刻揭示了旧时代下层平民的可悲命运。他的创作不属于任何流派 ,但自始至终有一种沉实而不高亢的主调。这既是作者的局限性 。

Shi Tuo is one of the important modern provincial novelists. He told the stories of local towns from 1930s to 1940s in a sorrowful and lyric style and subtly delineated the tragic lives of lower class in old times. Though his creation does not belong to any school, there is a steady keynote in his novels from beginning to end. This is the novelist's limitation and his individual character different from other novelists as well.
