On Manifestation and Cause of Formation of English Sexism

英语中广泛存在着性别歧视现象 ,并表现于句法、词法和语义中的许多方面。语言是社会的一面镜子 ,英语性别歧视的形成根源显然不在英语本身 。

There exist widely the phnomena of sexism in English,and they are manifested in many aspects of syntax,morphology and sense.Owing to language being a social mirror,the root of the sexism in English is not English itself but the inequality of social status between man and woman.
