摘要
世纪之交,中国和东盟关系进入全面发展时期。从长远来看,双方在战略上互为需要,经济上相互促进,在文化价值观方面相互理解和支持,经过共同努力不仅可以发展业已存在的友好关系,而且能够为21世纪的亚太繁荣和稳定做出新的更大贡献。
The relationship between China and ASEAN is in a wholly developing period. The two sidesneed mutually in strategy, help each other forward in economy, understand and support eachother in concept culture and value. The friendly relationship can make great contribution to theprosperity and steadiness of Asian and Pacific Area in 21st century.
