Facing the economic globalization,countries have to acknowledge the reality and make clear the misunderstandings of globalization in order to speed up building new international economic order.First,build up the pluralistic mechanism of intercontroling;second,establish the new international mechanism of cooperation;third,the developing countries should work more for the economic development;at last,the developed countries should enlarge the extent to assist the poor countries and the poor people.
