摘要
利用间接电解法从硫化氢中制取氢气和硫磺是一种充分利用硫化氢资源的新方法。该文论述了镀铂电极在硫化氢间接电解法中的应用 ,一种新的固体电解质电极制作方法 ,对电极析氢性能的测试 ,电解液的改变对电解性能的影响。实验表明 :镀铂电极的表面负载的PTFE乳液具有为阳极析氢提供疏水孔道和阻碍电极导电性能的双重作用 ,其含量有一个最佳值 ,大约为 2 5 %~ 40 %。Nafion溶液在Pt电极上的负载有利于H+在阳、阴极间的传递 ,且镀铂电极的表面负载的Nafion溶液的含量升高 ,电极的析氢性能愈好。电解液的酸度愈大 ,交换电流密度愈大 ,电极的析氢性能愈好。在实验范围内 ,Fe2 +,Fe3 +|H+|H2 的电解受氢离子扩散控制。阳极电解液的种类及其浓度的改变对电极性能的影响并不显著。
Hydrogen and sulfur by indirect electrolysis of hydrogen sulfide is a new method of using H2S resource. This research discusses the method preparing SPE (solid polymer electrolyte) electrode using Pt as catalyst. When the percent of PTFE on the electrode is 25%-40%, the larger current density can be obtained. The experiment also shows that the Nafion on the electrode can promote the process of hydrogen evolution. With reducing pH of the resolution, current density increases. When FeCl2 is used as anolyte, the change of current density is slight. There is not much difference between using FeCl2 and using FeSo4 as anolyte when the percent of PTFE on the electrode is 25%-40%.
