摘要
对批量生产的首钢和住友的12Cr2MoWVTiB钢管,进行了高温持久性能和抗氧化性能等试验。同时,测定了某电厂600MW 锅炉再热器12Cr2MoWVTiB钢管段的实际壁温。实验结果表明,12Cr2MoWVTiB钢管的性能完全满足标准和设计要求。再热器12Cr2MoWVTiB钢管屡次爆管。原因是炉温偏差,造成钢管壁温增高,钢管过热超温运行而引起的。
For the 12Cr2MoWVTiB tubes & pipes of the mass production made by the Capital Steel & Iron Complex and Sumitomo of Japan, we did the tests of their lasting high-temperature and oxidationproof performance. At the same time, we measured the actual temperature of the wall on the tube section, reheater-12Cr2MoWVTiB. The tests' results show the performance of the 12Cr2MoWVTiB tubing is fully conformed to the requirements of the standard and the design. The tube failures on 12Cr2MoWVTiB tubing of reheater are caused by the boiler temperature deviation, which results in the increasing of wall temperature of the turbing, so the tubing being in operation under over heating causes the tube failure.
