摘要 对影响牵引电机用电刷在重载、高速运行状态下的换向和磨损特性因素进行了分析 ,阐述了利用引进的俄罗斯先进工艺装备、采用新工艺、新技术研制的牵引电刷具有换向性能优良、电刷寿命长等优点 。 The effect factors on the characteristic of commutation and wear of the brushes for traction motors under heavy burden and high speed was analysed.The brush manufactured by the advanced technological equipment of Russia and the new technology had good comutation and longer life,etc.It contented the using demands for locomotives.
