The contract task of urea plant project in the Heilong-jiang Chemical Industry Plant, contracted by CWCEC, has been fully fulfilled. The start-up by “low pressure method” during the final start-up stage has been adopted first and successfully performed in this plant in China. This paper introduces the unit running test, commission test and chemical feed test in detail, including the engineering project evaluation made.
