摘要
采用载铜吸附剂进行了变压吸附净化合成氨原料气中CO的工业侧线实验。在部分产品气体作为再生气和抽真空再生 2种工艺条件下 ,考察了合成氨原料气中CO的净化过程的稳定性。试验结果表明 ,载铜吸附剂用于净化合成氨原料气中CO ,可使产品中的CO的浓度小于 1mg/m3 。从技术经济角度出发 ,分析了变压吸附净化过程应用于合成氨工业的可行性。变压吸附净化合成氨原料气中的CO能量消耗仅为铜洗法的 2 0 %左右 ,经济效益显著 ,具有广阔的应用前景。
An experiment is carried out in an industrial side line on the removal of CO from the ammonia feed gas by pressure swing adsorption with copper-bearing adsorbent. Under two process conditions, viz., a part of the product gas used as the regenerating gas and regeneration with vacuum-pumping, the stability of the purification process by removal of CO from the ammonia feed gas is examined. The experimental results show that the use of the copper-bearing adsorbent for the removal of CO from the ammonia feed gas can decrease the CO concentration in the product to less than 1 mg/m3. The feasibility of the use of the PSA purification process in the ammonia industry is analyzed from the techno-economic viewpoint. The energy consumption of the process is only about 20% of that of the cuprammonia wash process, with remarkable economic benefit, manifesting a wide prospect for its use.
