摘要 通过一系列的实验室研究 ,提出了以碳酸氢铵对粉状重钙进行预处理后 ,与尿素、钾盐和返料一起造粒制得高浓度复混肥料的方法。重钙系复混肥料由于重钙的磷素价格较磷铵要便宜 ,故具有经济上的优势 ,有利于提高企业的经济效益。 After a series of laboratory study, a method for the manufacture of a high-analysis compound fertilizer has been proposed by pre-treatment of powdery triple superphosphate with ammonium bicarbonate and granulation of urea and potassium chloride along with the recycle. The TSP-based compound fertilizer is economically superior as the cost of phosphorus in TSP is lower that in ammonium phosphates, thereby favoring an improvement on the economic benefit of the enterprise.
