The moisture of the product ammonium phosphate has been reduced by optimization of the process operation and minor reforms (reduction of water entering the system, intensification of heat and mass transfer, optimization of granulation, so that the process runs steadily under a production load in excess of the design capacity by 40% and the product is 100% up to grade.
