摘要
含氟整理剂具有优异的疏水、疏油性 ,是织物、皮革、纸张等多种底材的优良整理剂。本文介绍了含氟整理剂特殊的结构特点 ,包括含氟单体和非氟共聚单体的种类和作用。阐述了采用溶液聚合和乳液聚合合成含氟共聚物的方法 ,探讨了含氟整理剂防水、防油、防污的作用机理。指出今后的发展方向是进行多功能化、低温干燥、与非氟材料的复合化、与其他整理剂的混合增效等研究。
Fluorine-containing finishing agents, featuring excellent hydrophobic and oleophobic performance are good finishing agents used to treat textile, leather, paper and other substrates. The special structures of fluorine-containing finishing agents, including the types and effects of fluoro-monomers and nonfluoro-monomers were introduced in detail. The solution copolymerization, emulsion copolymerization, and mechanism of waterproof, oilproof and antisoil of fluorine-containing finishing agents are discussed. It is pointed out that the future target of research work is to develop finishing agents with multiple function, low drying temperature, composite with non-fluoro materials and synergy with other finishing agents.
