As an important organic chemical intermediate, safety in production of aniline has a significant typical character. The process flow of aniline production is introduced in the paper. The media hazard, process hazard and installation hazard are analyzed combining the accident case. The necessary measures to ensure the safety in production unit of aniline is put forward.
