总结了国有企业信息化建设的经验、教训 ,阐述了以Intranet企业内部网为中心开展网络应用 ,以推广企业信息化工作的策略和实施方法 ,并以抚顺石化公司综合网络应用规划为例 。
The experiences of IT applications in state owned enterprises have been concluded, and the strategies and implement methods how to develop network application and enlarge enterprises' information work based on its Intranet have been reviewed, and it was taken enterprise network planning in FPC of PetroChina as an example to testify these methods are useful and effective.
