摘要
重烷基苯磺酸盐 (HABS)是一种适合驱油用的廉价表面活性剂。采用常规磺化工艺磺化重烷基苯 (HAB) ,磺化率一般低于 70 % ,且产品耐碱性较差。通过研究未磺化油组成和反应条件之间的关系 ,发现深度磺化 (SO3 /HABmol比达到 1 2 )能在一定程度上提高HAB的磺化率 ,而加入少量稀释剂在温和的磺化条件下即可使用HAB磺化率提高到 80 %左右。改进的HABS驱油剂配方能在很宽的碱浓度范围和较宽的表面活性剂浓度范围内使大庆原油 /地层水平面张力降至超低 ,并能在 40 0mg/L~ 5 0
Heavy alkylbenzene sulfonate(HABS)is a kind of cheap surfactant suitable for enhanced oil recovery(EOR).The sulfonation yield of HAB,however,is generally lower than 70 % with ordinary sulfonation technology,and the tolerance to alkali of HABS is not satisfactory.By analyzing the amount and composition of unsulfonated product and their dependence on sulfonation technology,it is showed that the sulfonation yield of HAB can be increased to a certain extent with evere sulfonation(SO 3/HAB mole ratio of 1 2)but can be easily enhanced to about 80 % by adding some dilution agent with mild sulfonation.Using improved formulations with HABS as major surfactant,the IFT between Daqing crude oil and reservoir water can be reduced to ultra-low(10 -3 mN/m)in wider alkali and surfactant concentration ranges,and the ultra low interfacial tension is obtainable for Daqing crude oil to the hard water of 400 mg/L~500 mg/L.
