摘要
由于PA10 10作防腐蚀涂料存在高温氧化、耐光性、耐强酸性差 ,因而采用未酯化型环氧树脂与尼龙 10 10共混 ,制得改性尼龙 10 10防腐蚀涂料。讨论了改性树脂、助剂、颜填料对涂层性能的影响。应用结果表明 ,改性后的尼龙涂料附着力、化学稳定性、耐酸性都明显增强。本涂料附着力、耐候性、耐蚀性优良 。
The modified Nylon 1010 was prepared by mixing epoxy resin and Nylon 1010.The effects of auxilary agent and filler were discussed.It was shown that the adhesive strength,chemical stability and acid resistance of the modified Nylon paint were im-proved.
