瓦斯回收系统是现代炼油厂一个重要的系统,螺杆压缩机因其工作的稳定性和高效性在瓦斯回收系统中得到了充分应用。原来用于螺杆压缩机的矿物油因与瓦斯气混溶而被稀释,使压缩机的故障率大增。应用合成润滑油较好地解决了润滑油的稀释问题,收到了良好的效益。

Gas recovery system is an important system. Helical-lobe compressor is fully applied on the sys-tem for its work stability and efficiency. Mineral oil for helical-lobe compressor is diluted and this increases the fault of compressor. Synthetic lubricating oil can solve the dilution problem of oil and get good result.
