摘要
将透光脉动颗粒检测装置用于监测和控制混凝过程 ,结果表明 ,检测值R可以很好地反映一般浊度水混凝过程中悬浊颗粒聚集状态的变化情况 ,与显微摄影法测得的结果相吻合。检测值R与浑液面沉速一样可作为高浊度水絮凝研究的指标 ,而R值的检测较浑液面检测简便、快速并可“联机”操作。以R值为控制参数的高浊度水絮凝投药反馈控制系统的控制精度高、实时性强 。
A detecting device for transmitted light fluctuation (TLF) particles was used to detect and control coagulation process. The result shows that the readout value, R, well reflects the variation of the gathering status of suspended particles in the coagulation process of the water with normal turbidity, which coincides with the result determined by the use of photomicrography. Like the settling velocity of non-clear interface, the value of R also can be used as an index in researching on the coagulation of high-turbidity water, while the detection of the value of R is easier and faster than the detection of the settling velocity of non-clear interface and can be in-line operated. The feedback control system for flocculent dosing for high-turbidity water using R value as a controlling parameter features high controlling accuracy, strong real-time control and good controlling performance.
