高炉冲渣泵产生汽蚀的原因及处理方法

摘要 一些小高炉的冲渣水在循环运行过程中 ,由于没有冷却设施 ,循环水温较高 ,若水泵安装高度不合适 ,易使水泵产生汽蚀 ,造成水泵运行效率降低 ,需经常更换叶轮 ,给生产和管理带来不便。本文根据实际运行经验和理论计算指出 。 During the circulation of the slag-flushing water for the small-sized blast furnaces without cooling facilities, the temperature of the circulating water is relatively high, which easily causes cavitation in the water pumps if the installation height of the water pumps is not proper, resulting in lower efficiency of the operation of the water pumps and the necessity to frequently replace the impellers, which inconveniences both the production and the management. It is pointed out in this paper based on the experience from practical operation and on theoretical calculations that when the temperature exceeds 50°C the allowable suction head of the pumps must be adjusted.
