摘要
应用美国PTC公司的Pro/E软件 ,在对空气枪套的精度和结构仔细分析的基础上 ,完成三维实体造型、二维工程图纸及NC代码的生成 ,设计加工出一套结构合理、精度高、使用方便的模具 ,缩短了模具设计和制造的周期。
With the aid of Pro/E software of PTC a set of rubber die of simple structure,high precision and easy use was designed through three_dimensional shaping,two_dimensional drawing and NC program on the basis of analysis of the precision and structure of the air casing.It shorten the cycle of the design and manufacture of the die.
