摘要
创造力研究属于心理学中一个相对独立的研究领域 ,其研究重心在过去的半个世纪一直放在个体层次上 ,团体水平的创造力研究是近年来兴起的新方向。本文在创造学和管理科学的语境下 ,分析了科技团体创造力评估模型研究的时代特点及意义 ,概述了团体创造力研究的现状 ,并对建立科技团体创造力评估模型的理论依据和方法论原则进行了概略分析。
Creativity research is an independent domain of psychology. The main subject of this area was personal creativity in the past 5 decades. But nowadays a new branch about team creativity research has forced its way. In the context of creativity research and management science, this article attempts to clarify the current feature and significance of creativity assessment model for scientific research teams, summarize the status quo of team creativity research, and discuss the theoretical bases and methodological principles for the construction of such a model.
