摘要
水库洪水调度系统的标准化、规范化是提高我国水库洪水调度整体水平的重要手段 .本文分析了建立标准化、规范化洪水调度系统面临的困难、必要性和重要性 ,提出了解决问题的途径和实现方法 .即以原型系统为设计开发对象 ,基于客户 /服务器体系 ,精心设计数据库结构和规划好数据流向 ,采用面向对象的设计思想 ,构筑对象模型 ,使开发系统具有广泛的适应性 .上述系统已在 10座水库中得到了应用 ,实现了系统设计与开发目标 .
The standardization of flood control system for reservoirs is of vital importance to improve the level of comprehensive management in China.The problems and difficulties occured to the implementation of standardization are discussed and the approach for solution is proposed.The approach includes:to select the typical systems for generality to form a comprehensive standard;to design the database libraries and table structures based on Client/Server platform;to create a list of model\|method library and a series of control classes using the object\|oriented technology.The software system established has been applied to 10 flood control systems of reservoir and tested more than 1 year.The application results show that the standardization implemented is successful.
