摘要
本文在详细研究椭圆齿轮机构、摆动导杆机构以及两者组合机构的运动规律的基础上,提出一项合理组合椭圆齿轮机构与摆动导杆机构的有效方法。按该方法获得的组合机构与原摆动导杆机构相比较,它具有导杆端部的工作速度较均匀、导杆在工作行程的摆动时间较长以及在空回行程的摆动时间较短等优点。
On the basis of marking detail research on kinematic laws of elliptic gear mechanisms,crank mechanisms with the oscillating slide bsr,and their combined-mechanisms,the efficient method of combining reasonably the elliptic gear mechanism with the crank mechanism with the oscillating slide bar is put forward in this article.In comparison with the original crank mechanism with the oscillating slide bar.the advantages of the combined-mechanism obtained according to the method recommended in this paper are that work velocity of the slide bar end is more uniform,that oscillating time of the slide bar in the working stroke is longer,and that in the returning stroke shorter.
