摘要
根据天文学家分析 ,认为今年可能是太阳黑子第 2 3周峰年M + 1年 ,故用太阳黑子历史资料 ,通过绘图、列表 ,并结合吉林省旱涝情况进行了分析探讨 ,认为今年我省中部产生洪涝的可能性较大。
This year probably is the M+1 year of soiar 23 cycle according to the analysis of astrommer through the analysis and the discussion of drought and waterlogging in Jilin province by sunspot history data, drawing, tabulating. The considerable possibility of flood and waterlogging will take place in the middle part of Jilin province.
